Thanks for being here!

I’m a trauma-informed historian, artist, educator, and sometimes content creator. I share educational and solutions-based content for building a better, more sustainable world and empower my community to make informed decisions.

My goal is to make history, creativity, sustainability, plant-based living, and mental health resources accessible to all.

I have 8 years of experience researching, building curriculum, and teaching US and World History and Media and Global Studies.

As an artist, I love to create colorful and vibrant worlds - my mediums are always changing, but I love textile art, collage art, ceramics, and photography the most, and have over a decade of experience in photography and production work.
